Minutes of June 3 and 6, 1831
June 3 and 6, 1831, Kirtland, Ohio.

First conference in Kirtland. First ordinations to the High Priesthood. John Corrill and Isaac Morley named assistants to Bishop Partridge. Exhortations by Joseph, Sidney, Lyman Wight, and Harvey Whitlock.

The minutes of this conference contain at least three glaring errors. David Whitmer is listed as present when by his own account he was not. W. W. Phelps is also listed though he did not arrive in Kirtland until two weeks after the conference. And Leman Copley is not listed though two independent sources feature him prominently.
