Minutes of April 30, 1832 (Literary Firm)
Committee of W. W. Phelps, Oliver Cowdery, and John Whitmer to select revelations and make "all necessary verbal corrections" for the Book of Commandments. Print 3,000 copies. Perhaps an almanac. W. W. Phelps to edit hymns selected by Emma.

The manuscript version of D&C 81 in KRB, 17–18, which calls Jesse to the presidency is dated March 15, 1832,
    Council decisions:    
Print 3,000 Book of Commandments   Print 3,000 copies of the Book of Commandments in the first edition.   Original print run was to be 10,000. ¶ Minutes of November 1–2, 1831 
Possibly an almanac   W. W. Phelps, Oliver Cowdery, and John Whitmer are free to print an almanac.  
Restrict access to manuscripts   all Revelations be limited to the parties concerned until printed.    
Select and edit the revelations   4) William, Oliver, and John to review the Book of Commandments and "select for printing such as shall be deemed by them proper, as dictated by the Spirit & make all necessary verbal corrections."   At first, Joseph resisted the idea of anyone editing the revelations. ¶ All in Favor?

On July 31, Joseph decides not to release the revelations to the editing committee. ¶ Joseph to W. W. Phelps, July 31, 1832
Edit Emma's hymns   5) Hymns selected by Emma to be corrected by W. W. Phelps.   Emma was called to select hymns in July 1830 (¶ D&C 25:11).
