High priests or elders to supervise branches   Resolve: John Corrill and Isaac Morley to set the branches in order, see that high priests or elders are set apart to see that meetings are held, and that officers and members do their duties as outlined in revelations.
Prospective missionaries   Resolve: Committee to verify qualifications of high priests, elders, and priests as reported by Corrill and Morley "or stationed high Priests or Elders over the various branches of the Church of Christ in Zion, as to the propriety of their going forth a broad into the world to preach the gospel of peace."
