Minutes of February 26, 1833
Burr Riggs is cut off for failing to make satisfaction as promised, neglecting his duty, and not caring how soon he is cut off.

Burr Riggs neglects duty, doesn't care   Burr Riggs is charged with "neglecting to make satisfaction to the Church as he agreed and disgraceing the High Priesthood by neglect of duty and saying he did [not] Care how soon he was cut off from the Church &c &c" Minutes of February 13, 1833
Not worthy, cut off  

It was the unanimous of all the Elders present that he is not worthy of a place in the Church of Christ and was adjudged Guilty and accordingly cut off from being a member of this Church of Christ—
