High council in Kirtland rejects the Twelve's amendment regarding ordinations.

Opening Prayer by "Counsellor Green"
Discuss ordination rules Council discusses "the matter of the subject of ordination as laid before us in the proceding councils, and also the amendment of the Twelve apostles."  
Reject amendment After discussing the resolutions drawn up by the Presidents. Voted unanimously that it should remain, and also a vote based upon the amendment of the Twelve Apostles, & voted unanimously that it should be rejected.
