Kirtland high council rejects the Twelve's amendment for the second time.

Description The high council of Zion met in the upper room of the Printing Office at 7 o clock P.M.

Opening Prayer by "Counsellor Knight"
Discuss ordinations and amendment … discuss the subject of ordination as laid before us in the resolutions of the proceding councils and also the amendment of the twelve Apostles.  
Reject amendment After discussing the resolutions drawn up by Presidents, Voted unanimously, that they should remain, and that we perfectly acquiesce in said resolutions without any alteration or amendment.
