Elisha Groves
Elisha H. Groves presents his bill as committee member for nine months: $100 travel, $16 boarding quarry workmen. He owes money and "being destitute of means to support my family," asks for "orders on the Bishop for the money" plus $1.50 per day for his services.  
George M. Hinkle George presents his verbally (nothing recorded).  
Jacob Whitmer Jacob Whitmer requests $1/day for 120 days.
Speakers Two counselors speak on each side, then George M. Hinkle speaks.  
Decision Each of the three to be granted $1/day pending approval of the bishop and his counselors.
