Resolutions

Notify new apostles
  … persons who are to fill the place of those fallen, be immediately notified to come to Far West. Also those of the Twelve who are not present.  
New: Wilford, Orson Pratt, Willard   T. B. Marsh notify W. Woodruff and P. P. Pratt notify O. Pratt and President Rigdon notify Willard Richards who is now in England.  
Publish in Elders' Journal   T. B. Marsh publish the same in the next Journal.  
Sidney: converts gather   Sidney Rigdon: traveling apostles to "instruct their converts to move without delay to the places of gathering and there to strictly attend to the law of God."
