  May 10–13, 1835 Warren Parrish, Wilford Woodruff Baptize 5 within 20 mile radius. WWJ 1:29.

  May 28, 1836 David W. Patten, chair; Warren Parrish, sec. attend conference; Wilford Woodruff Deacon A. B. Wilson represents branch of 27 in good standing except a few "who have been Shaken of late by the ungodly conduct & teaching of John Jackson Which was a Teacher in the cyprus branch but has now apostatized."   May 31, 1836 David W. Patten, Warren Parrish, Wilford Woodruff At Br. Fry's, David and Warren ordain Wilford to the High Priesthood "and also as one of the Second Seventy & sealed up unto Eternal LIFE … My ordination was requested by the PRESIDENCY of the Church at Kirtland." WWJ 1: 72–74.
      200 mi. circuit includes Eagle Creek, Chalk Level, Cyprus, Academy, Blood River, and Taropen (KY), and Daymons Creek branches [none with these spellings in MapQuest except Eagle Creek].  
      "Mount Zion Church was the oldest church structure in Benton County, TN. It was located on a ridge above Sulphur Creek about five and one half miles southeast of Big Sandy, TN."
