Doctrine and Covenants 64
September 11, 1831, Kirtland, Ohio.

Keys of the mysteries of the kingdom stay with Joseph as long as he obeys §. He has sinned, but is forgiven §. Forgive one another §. He has been unjustly accused. Bring unrepentant before the church where they can repent or be cut off §. I was angry with Ezra Booth and Isaac Morley, but I have forgiven Isaac §. Edward beware of temptation §. Gilbert return to Missouri store and (Indian) agency §. Frederick needn't to sell his farm §. Expect to stay in Kirtland for five years §, during which the Lord will not overthrow the wicked, then all Saints may go to Zion §. Day of tithing §. Whitney and Gilbert keep Kirtland store §. Debt authorized §. Zion to judge the nations §Bishop and counselors to be replaced if not faithful §. Zion an ensign to the nations §.

In v. 21 Frederick G. Williams is told not to sell his farm because the Lord intends to maintain a presence in Kirtland for five more years (to September 11, 1836). On August 11, 1836 Joseph will write Lyman Wight and others that September 11 "is the appointed time for the redemption of Zion." PWJS
