Oliver Cowdery is to to accompany John Whitmer to Zion with commandments and money. John to work on church history there.

    74 Received on <the>. 11 of Oct <Nov—> 1831 (No 7)   Revelation given November, 1831.   No 7: Whitmer numbered what became D&C 22–29 as No 1, No 2, No 3, No 4, No 5, No 6, No 7, and No 8 (No. 2 is not used).
Don't let Oliver take commandments and money to Zion alone 1 Hearken unto me saith the Lord your God for my Servent Olivers sake it is not wisdom in me that he should be intrusted with the commandments & <the> moneys which he shall carry unto the Land of Zion except one go with him who will be true and faithfull 1 Hearken unto me, saith the Lord your God, for my servant Oliver Cowdery's sake. It is not wisdom in me that he should be entrusted with the commandments and the moneys which he shall carry unto the land of Zion, except one go with him who will be true and faithful:  
Send John Whitmer with him 2 wherefore I the Lord willeth that my Servent John (Whitmer) shall <Should> go with my servent Oliver   wherefore I the Lord willeth that my servant, John Whitmer, should go with my servant Oliver Cowdery;    
John continue writing history 3 & also that he observe to continue in writing & makeing a history of all the important things which he shall observe & know concerning my Church   And also that he shall continue in writing and making a history of all the important things which he shall observe and know. concerning my church,   Red: added in 1835

Oliver to advise him 4 & also that he receive council & assistance from my Servent Oliver Cowdery & others   and also that he receive counsel and assistance from my servant Oliver Cowdery, and others.    
Others send him accounts 5 & also my Saints which <Servants who> are abroad in the Earth should send forth their accounts <of their Stewardship> to the Land of Zion 2 And also, my servants who are abroad in the earth, should send forth the accounts of their stewardships to the land of Zion;    
Zion is center for this 6 for the Land of Zion shall be a seat & a place to receive & do all these things   for the land of Zion shall be a seat and a place to receive and do all these things:    
John can travel to document 7 nevertheless let my Servnt John travel many times from place to place & from Church to Church that he may the more easily obtain knowledge   nevertheless, let my servant John Whitmer travel many times from place to place, and from church to church, that he may the more easily obtain knowledge:    
To benefit next generations 8 Preaching & expounding writing coping & selecting & obtaing all things which shall be for the good of the Church & for the rising generations that shall grow up on the land of Zion to possess it from generation to generation forever & ever Amen   preaching and expounding, writing, copying, selecting and obtaining all things which shall be for the good of the church, and for the rising generations, that shall grow up on the land of Zion, to possess it from generation to generation, forever and ever. Amen.
